For 12-Month Rentals click the button below to start your secure online application. If you have questions before applying, please contact our office.

For Student Rentals, use the buttons below to pay your security deposit, fill out a tenant information form, have a parent fill out a parent guarantee and upload a copy of your drivers license, once this is complete you will be electronically sent a lease agreement to sign.

Types of Applications

Student Rental Applications

For most student housing:

A co-signer/guarantor is required
Each roommate must turn in their own documentation
Proof of financial aid and/or scholarships need to be submitted as soon as possible

Student housing leases often begin leasing 6-10 months before the school year.

If you are applying as a group, we recommend submitting documentation at the same time if possible.

12-Month Rental Application

For residential leases, applicants must meet minimum requirements including:

Verifiable income
Satisfactory credit history
Positive rental history
Acceptable background screening

Additional documentation may be required depending on the property.

Application Requirements

Applicants should be prepared to provide:

Government-issued photo ID
Proof of income (if applicable)
Rental history information
Co-signer information (for most student leases)

Failure to provide the requested documentation may delay processing.

Fees, Deposits and Processing Timeline

Application Fee: $75 per person

Security Deposit: Varies by property

Lease Term: Varies

Security deposits and fees are due upon approval as outlined in the lease agreement, no leases will be signed before full payment is received.

Most completed applications are processed within 1-3 business days. Processing times may vary during peak leasing season.

Incomplete applications will not be reviewed until all required documentation is received.
